This is something you have to purchase. For many brands of office printers the Postscript kit is often an option and without the kit installed you will not be able to print using the Sharp or Generic Postscript driver or the MX PPD – which is short for Postscript Printer Description.
You might try downloading the driver package for the MXN or MXN and mx5-001n if the is listed in the models of that package. But at least it will let you print. The only way I could get the computer to print was to use the Generic PCL driver which means I can not print color or use all the functions.

James, it sounds like you dont have the Post Script option in your machine which is required for proper Mac OS printing. Drivers for Mountain Lion Does anyone have a solution for this printer – how to oa it print even in a default setup without any special add ons like duplexer, extra paper storage etc.
